These Terms of Service govern your use of the DinoDots website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

DinoDots is an online store selling print-on-demand apparel and clothing, operated from the United Kingdom. You can contact us at dinodots@dinodots.co.uk.

2. Orders

By placing an order you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years old. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency relevant to your region. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Made to Order

All DinoDots products are made to order by our fulfilment partner. As a result, production takes 2–7 business days before dispatch. We do not hold stock.

5. Delivery

We ship to the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, Canada, and Australia. Delivery timeframes are estimates only — we cannot guarantee delivery times as these are dependent on third-party couriers. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for full details on how to return an item and receive a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on the DinoDots website are the intellectual property of DinoDots. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DinoDots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of your order.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
