We want you to love your DinoDots order! Please check our size guides carefully before ordering to help avoid any issues.

Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without giving a justification.

To exercise this right, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing dinodots@dinodots.co.uk with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We will issue a full refund, including your original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be made to your original payment method and may take a few additional days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at dinodots@dinodots.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage as soon as possible. We'll arrange for the item to be returned so we can inspect it and send you a free replacement.

Lost Orders

If your order hasn't arrived, please allow up to 28 days from your dispatch confirmation before contacting us. Get in touch at dinodots@dinodots.co.uk and we'll do our best to resolve the situation.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can start a request directly through your order history in your customer account:

Log in, select the relevant order, and follow the on-screen steps. You will receive an automatic confirmation once your request has been submitted. You must send any items back within 14 days of notifying us.

Exemptions — personalised and custom-made items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your personal specification or are clearly personalised. As our products are printed to order with custom designs, they are exempt from the standard 14-day return right under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

This exemption does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed items.
