All DinoDots products are lovingly made to order. Once your order is placed, please allow 2–7 business days for production and dispatch by our fulfilment partner. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates — we have no control over third-party couriers and cannot guarantee delivery times.

Lost Orders
If your order hasn't arrived, please allow up to 28 days from your dispatch confirmation before getting in touch. If it still hasn't arrived after this time, please contact us at dinodots@dinodots.co.uk with your order number and we'll do our best to help.
Please note that if an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided at checkout, we may not be able to replace a lost order.
